How do I uninstall Windows Live Messenger if I have problems?

To uninstall Windows Live Messenger, please follow the steps below:

| 1. Exit out of Messenger by clicking on the small green man icon with your right mouse button and choosing Exit. |
|
| 2. Go to your Start menu, choose Settings, then choose Control Panel |
|
| 3. From within the Control Panel, double-click on the icon Add or Remove Programs. |
|
4. Scroll through the list until you see Windows Live Messenger — click once on this program to highlight it, then click the Remove button to remove it.
|
| 5. Follow the onscreen prompts, then restart your computer. |
