If you are experiencing difficulty downloading the MSN Messenger software, please try saving the installation file to your hard disk. This can be done in the following way:

1. Go to the MSN Messenger download page and click the blue Download Messenger button (located in the middle of the page). You can go to the MSN Messenger download page by clicking here.
2. Once you have clicked the Download Messenger button, you will be taken to another page asking you to either register with your own e-mail address, sign up for a new Hotmail address, or sign in with your existing Hotmail address. Please select the option that suits you best.
3. Please follow the onscreen instructions from here.
