To reset your Microsoft Passport password, please follow the steps below.
Please note: If you have a Hotmail or MSN e-mail address, please
click here for instructions on how to reset your password.
1. Go to the .NET Passport website: http://www.passport.com

| 2. Click the Sign in button on the right-hand side of the page. |

| 3. On the Sign In page click the Forgot your password? link. |

4. On the next page you will be asked to type in your e-mail address and the random numbers/letters you see on the screen before you. There should be 6 numbers/letters visible. If you cannot determine what the numbers/letters are, please click the refresh button to change the picture, or click the audio button to hear the characters spoken. Click the Continue button once you have entered these details. |

| 5. You will now be presented with the option to reset your password via e-mail. Please click the Send Message button to send a password-reset e-mail to your Passport e-mail address. |

| 6. An e-mail from Microsoft Passport containing a link to reset your password should now be on its way to you. Please click the Done button to complete the process, then check your e-mail inbox for the e-mail from Microsoft Passport. |

For security reasons, you should now clear your browser's cache, or temporary files. For instructions on how to do this, please

"You may have old data in your browser that needs to be deleted".
