If you are experiencing difficulty signing in to MSN Explorer and the program displays "Attempt 2...Attempt 3...Attempt 4..." etc., please follow the instructions below:
| 1. Go to your Start menu and select Run... |

2. Type in the following:
regsvr32 softpub.dll |

| 3. Click the OK button. |

4. A small window should appear in the middle of your screen. This window will state:
DllRegisterServer in softpub.dll succeeded.
Click the OK button. |

You should now be able to sign in to MSN Explorer. If you are still experiencing difficulty in signing in after this, please
