Never respond to a spam e-mail, even to unsubscribe
| |
The e-mail message may include instructions on how to remove your address from the organisation’s list, such as telling you to reply with REMOVE in the subject line or to call a phone number. In reality, many spammers do this to confirm that they've reached a real person's e-mail account. The safest way to handle these mails is to block them whilst in your inbox. Place a check in the empty box next to the offending mail and then simply click block. You will then be taken to page which allows you to block and delete any messages from the spamming address.
