Create a Safe List for Usergroups or Newsletters

Newsletters and Web community e-mail can be mistaken for Spam because they will frequently be addressed to a group rather than you as an individual. If you are a member of a web community or have signed up to receive regular newsletters, you can exempt these e-mails from the Hotmail Filters and ensure that they always arrive in your inbox.
To create a Safe List for incoming messages:
- Sign in to Hotmail and click Options.
- On the left-hand column, select Mail.
- From the list presented click Junk E-mail Protection.
- From the next list select Mailing Lists.
- Enter an e-mail address or domain, click Add and then OK.
