To change your display name (the name that others will see when you send them an e-mail), please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to your Hotmail account from the Hotmail home page: http://www.hotmail.com
2. From within your Hotmail account, click on Options (located on the right-hand side of the page).
3. Click Personal from the menu on the left-hand side of the page, then click My Profile in the main window.
4. Change your name to whatever you wish, then click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.	Click for larger image
5. Click the link in the top-left corner of the page that reads Return to: Hotmail.
