Create a Contact List

To add users to your Contacts List:

  1. Sign in to Hotmail and click the Contacts tab.
  2. To the left of the screen, under Contacts, click Build Contacts.
  3. Select the criteria to search for new contacts in existing mail
  4. Add the contacts by checking the boxes next to their name.
