If your Hotmail or msn.com e-mail account has been hacked into you will need to contact Hotmail Support directly to request assistance. They can be contacted via the following web page:

In your correspondence to them you will need to let them know that your account has been hacked into and that is why you are requesting assistance, as your password and secret question/answer have been changed. Also, you will need to answer the questions below:
- Sign-in name
- Name
- Postcode
- State
- Country
- Date of birth
- The addresses saved in your address book
- Names of folders in your account
- Any e-mails that were in the Inbox
- Approximate date of last successful login
- Approximate date of registering your account
- Previous passwords used on the account
- Your Internet service provider (ISP)
