| 1. Within Netscape, go to the Edit menu and select Preferences. |

| 2. From the left-hand side of the Preferences window, click the Advanced menu item, then click the Cache option. |

| 3. Ensure that the Disk Cache size is approximately 15000KB, then click the Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache buttons. |

4. At the bottom of the window, select Every time I view the page.

| 5. Once again on the left-hand side of the main Preferences window, click the Privacy & Security menu item, then click the Cookies option. |
|
| 6. Select Enable cookies based on privacy settings, then click the View button. |
|
| 7. In the Privacy Settings window, select the level of medium, then click the OK button. |
|
| 8. Click the OK button in the lower-right corner of the Preferences window to finish. |
