| 1. Within Mozilla Firefox, go to the Tools menu and select Options. |

| 2. From the left-hand side of the Options window, click the Privacy button. |

| 3. In the Privacy window (on the right-hand side), click the Clear buttons relating to the items Cookies and Cache.

4. Click the [+] symbol next to the word Cookies
|

| 5. In the Cookies field, ensure that the Allow sites to set cookies box is ticked. Once this is ticked, click the [-] symbol next to the word Cookies to close the field. |

6. Click the [+] symbol next to the word Cache
|
|
| 7. In the Cache window, ensure that the amount of disk space for the cache is approximately 15000. Once this is done, click the [-] symbol next to the word Cache to close the field, then click the OK button at the bottom of the window. |
