Delete your temporary Internet files and cookies - Internet Explorer
Please follow the steps below to delete your temporary internet files and cookies from Internet Explorer. Please select your browser from the options below:
1. Within Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
2. On the General tab, click the Delete Cookies... button.
Please note: if you are deleting temporary internet files as directed by the Prize Rush support team for the Prize Rush competition, do not delete your cookies - please skip steps 2 and 3.
3. Click the OK button when asked Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder?
4. Click the Delete Files... button.
5. When prompted, tick the box that reads Delete all offline content, then click the OK button.
6. Click the Settings button.
7. In the Settings window, ensure that Every visit to the page is selected.
8. At the bottom of the Settings window, replace whatever number is in the MB field with 15 (to do this, either click in the field and type 15 or use the arrows on the right-hand side of the field).
9. Click the OK button in the Settings window, then click the OK button in the Internet Options window.

3. Now in the "Delete Browsing History" window, click the Delete files... button at the top of the window.
4. Click the Yes button when asked "Are you sure you want to delete all temporary Internet Explorer files?"
5. Back in the "Delete Browsing History" window, click the Delete cookies... button.
Please note: if you are deleting temporary internet files as directed by the Prize Rush support team for the Prize Rush competition, do not delete your cookies - please skip steps 5 and 6.
6. Click the Yes button when asked "Are you sure you want to delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder?"
7. Click the Close button in the "Delete Browsing History" window, then click the OK button in the Internet Options window.
